Manchester: 7/27/09 - 7/31/09

We arrived to some cold, rainy weather back at the start of this second study abroad program. After checking into our dorms, everyone was down for the count!

Once Monday came, and we were rested, we started working on our projects and preparing for the exam on Thursday. The project was an industry analysis of the European Beer, Automotive, Champagne or Trade Show industries. They are team projects of 7000 words which consumed most of our week.

As this is the last stop on our trip, I hope everyone reading this has enjoyed sharing in one of the best experiences of our lives. We hope that everyone has the chance to travel abroad, learn about other cultures and collect some memories of their own!

  1. Hello from the states. I hope your adventure is turning out to be everything you had hoped for and more. I just got the link to the blog or maybe I just realized I had the link, I don't know for sure. Anyway, it sounds like all of you will have some interesting stories to share upon your return as well as some good pictures. According to the schedule of activities you still have a couple days left in Manchester England. I can't tell from the schedule to the right where you are off to after Manchester. Enjoy the rest of your European adventure, these opportunities don't come along every day so make the most of it. You all (or as we say in Kentucky Ya'll) take it easy and hope to see you back in the states soon.
